How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Shipping is highly dependent on the shipping company and our fulfilment time. Generally speaking orders will be fulfilled within 48h depending on the number of orders at hand. Shipping delays will generally be between 7-10 days.
Do you offer international shipping?
Shipping is currently available in Canada, the United States and most European countries. We will expand shipping options in the future.
What are your shipping rates?
Shipping rates will be highly dependent on couriers. Generally speaking, shipping costs will be determined by weight. The heavier the order, the higher the cost. Rates will also be dependent on the recipients country. All quotes are available through "Shippo shipping solutions" and will be shown at checkout.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Products are refundable in the unfortunate case that you do not like the product, it doesn't fit or it is damaged. Products can be refunded completely or exchanged for a different size. You will have 30 days after the product is delivered for returns or exchanges. Incorrect items or products that do not fit need to be returned without any damage. They must be returned with original tags and hangtags on the garment, in the original shipping bag.
